In the summer of 2006, Yukon Engineering Services was contracted to provide engineering services for Ascot Resources’ Swamp Point mining project. The Swamp Point site is located on the east side of the Portland Canal, approximately 50 km south of Stewart, British Columbia. The project includes mine planning and engineering design for NI 43-101 compliant pre-feasibility, an environmental assessment and Phase I development of the 66,000,000 T aggregate mine. Phase I entails project and site management for mine development.
