Project Brief

In 2004, phase two of the Whitehorse subdivision of Copper Ridge was underway. Stage ten construction would include storm and sewer services, shallow utilities (power, telephone, cable, television), and the paved urban streets. The Community Services Branch of the Government of Yukon contracted Yukon Engineering Services to provide engineering services for this stage. Y.E.S was to supervise and inspect the construction, report on the progress of the project and ensure quality of the finished product.
