Yukon & Yellowhead Engineering Services
Applications are now being accepted from Yukon students attending a post secondary institution in the areas of civil or mining engineering, survey technology, or CADD technology. Selection is based on the following criteria: academic achievement, residency, community involvement, and financial need.
Open to Yukon residents studying full-time at a post secondary institution in the areas of civil or mining engineering, survey technologist or CADD technologist.
Yukon Engineering Services is offering one-year scholarships to Yukon students attending post secondary institutes.
Applicants must be Canadian citizens who have lived in the Yukon for at least one year and who have been accepted at an accredited post-secondary institution for a diploma or undergraduate degree.
Eligible areas of study include civil or mining engineering, survey technologist, or CADD technologist.
Proof of residency is required.
Students who have previously received a Yukon Engineering Services scholarship are not eligible.
All applications must be received by 4 p.m. on November 30, 2010.
